What is Covered?
Duraton’s lifetime warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty covers your Duraton gear regardless of where you purchased it but excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc). Duraton products purchased as used are NOT covered under this warranty.
What is the process?
In order to start a Warranty Claim, please email us at support@duratongear.com or fill out the form below. Please include as much detail as possible, including place of purchase and order number (if applicable). We also ask that you include images of the defect for inspection. If we determine that the issue is due to a material defect, we will repair or replace it at our option, at no cost to the original owner. Shipping fees may apply. For warranty claims outside of the US, shipping and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
